Dashboard: Overview and functionality
Explore the most popular articles
When you log in to your account, you are automatically redirected to the Dashboard. But what exactly does this page represent, and how should you use it?

First and foremost, it is important to distinguish the Dashboard from the Reporting section. The Dashboard provides a “snapshot” of your program’s performance at a specific moment in time. Below is a detailed breakdown of the available sections and how they work.
Accès et sélection des programmes :

Program Access and Selection
Located at the top right of the page, this section offers several features:
-
New partner: Provides direct access to the “My Affiliates” section.
Note: If you manage multiple programs, this button will be grayed out. You must first select a specific program using the “All Programs” filter to enable it.
-
All programs: Allows you to access a complete list of your programs.
-
“All programs” filter: By default, the dashboard displays data for all your programs and partnerships combined. If you have multiple programs, you can select one or more to view specific data; the dashboard will update automatically.
-
Currency filter: Allows you to select a specific currency. By default, the currency shown is the one set in your first program’s configuration.
Performance Chart

By default, the chart displays conversions across all partnerships for the last 4 weeks compared to the previous 4-week period.
- Customization: You can freely modify the analysis period and the comparison period using the dedicated filters.
- KPIs: While it defaults to conversions, you can switch between 11 different indicators by clicking the filter.

“Performance” Section
This section displays 6 key performance indicators (KPIs) for your selected period.

You can choose which 6 indicators to display by clicking the three dots (…) menu.

“Partnerships” Section
This area displays the conversion performance of your partners during the selected period.

The dashboard shows the top 9 performing publishers, plus a single row aggregating the rest of your partnerships. If you have fewer than 10 publishers, the table adjusts accordingly. You can choose to display a different performance metric using the available filter.
“Distribution” Section
Similar to the Partnerships section, this displays publisher performance but in the form of a pie chart. You can also choose which KPI to visualize here.

“Payments” Section

At the bottom of the page, you will find a summary of your financial statuses. Here is a breakdown of what each category means:
-
Balance: Represents commissions that are eligible for payment but have not yet been included in an invoice. You can view these amounts in the “Earnings” tab of the “Payments” section.
-
Pending: Invoices that have been generated but are currently awaiting your validation.
-
Accepted: Invoices you have approved. These have been officially recorded, and the payment process should be initiated on your side.
-
Scheduled: Payment has been scheduled, signaling to publishers that their funds are on the way.
