Reporting: Explanation and Operation
Discover the most-read articles
The Reporting is your affiliate performance analysis screen. Over the period you choose, it brings together your key metrics (clicks, conversions, commissions, revenue, ROI) and the breakdown by partnership, ad, commission rule or product.
Access the Reporting
The Reporting is a menu of its own, in the Tools section of the sidebar. It is no longer nested under “Manage programs” as in the old interface.
- In the left menu (Tools section), open Reporting.
- If you manage several programs, select the right program at the top of the page.
- Choose the period to analyze using the filters below the chart.
Read and analyze your performance
The page shows the last 30 days by default. At the top, your key metrics; in the center, a trend line chart; below, a detailed table split into tabs.
- Click a metric to display it in the chart and follow its evolution.
- Hover over the chart to read the exact value for a given day.
- Switch between the Partnerships, Ads, Rules and Products tabs to change your angle of analysis.
- Click a column header to sort the table.
Customize the metrics shown
Click the gear icon (Customize) to open the Choose which columns you see panel. Check or uncheck the metrics: the table updates automatically.
Save a report and find it again
Once your filters and columns are set, save this view to reopen it in one click, without setting everything up again.
- Click Manage reports, then Save this report.
- Give it a name in the Report title field, then confirm with Save.
- Find your saved views through the Reports button (the “Saved Reports” list).
From the list, the pencil icon Edit the report name renames a view and the trash icon Delete the report removes it. If you pick a name already in use, the message A report with the same title already exists. appears.
Export your data to CSV
Click Download CSV to export the displayed table. For a broader export, the Export reporting page lets you choose the scope and the fields.
- Set the Period, the Currency and the Timezone.
- Select the Export type (partnerships, rules, products) and the Fields to include.
- Click Generate CSV, then Export.
Why use the Reporting
- Measure your program’s performance in real time (revenue, commissions, ROI).
- Identify your best partners and focus your efforts on them.
- Compare the effectiveness of your ads, rules and products.
- Export your figures for internal reports or accounting.
Best practices
- Look first at ROI and EPC: they reveal real profitability, beyond raw click volume.
- Always compare the same period month over month to read a reliable trend.
- Check the Products tab to spot the items that convert best.
Use cases
- End-of-month review: filter on the past month, sort partnerships by revenue, then export the table to CSV for your internal reporting.
- Optimize a key partner: open the Partnerships tab, spot a low EPC despite a high click volume and adjust the commission rule.
- Track a product operation: after an influencer campaign, open the Products tab to measure the sales and conversion rate of the tested items.
