More detailed statistics thanks to exclusions by affiliate group

A new exclusion filter by affiliate groups (Cashback, Media, etc.) is now available in the statistics, with support for multiple selection.
This enhancement makes it easy to isolate or exclude certain types of partners to refine performance analysis and better understand the impact of each lever on your results.

Mobile application

A more customizable notification center

The in-app notification center is evolving to offer each user greater control over their communication preferences.
It’s now possible to manage incoming notifications (email, push, and in-app) on a channel-by-channel basis. By default, only in-app notifications are enabled, and each user can activate other channels at any time as needed, for a more personalized experience.

May 2026

  • A faster and more personalized connection

The login page now remembers the last login method used (email/password, SSO, etc.).
Each user thus automatically finds their preferred login method on each visit, for smoother and frictionless access to the platform.

  • A new visual identity for Affilae

Affilae has undergone a complete redesign with a new visual identity and a totally revamped design system .

  • Exporting conversions becomes more accurate

Two new columns have been added to conversion exports: Contributor Country and Conversion Country . This allows you to refine your analyses, better understand the origin of your conversions, and leverage even more detailed reports.

  • Managing multiple billing profiles

Advertisers can now create and manage multiple billing profiles directly from a single account.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility in administrative management, particularly for multi-entity structures or organizations requiring separate billing configurations. It allows for easy adaptation of billing information to suit the needs of each context.
Advertisers can access this feature via My Account > Invoices > Profiles , where they can add a new profile in the dedicated section.

  • Option to mass blacklist expired promo codes

Advertisers can now blacklist multiple promo codes in a single action, regardless of the partnership involved. This improvement allows for the rapid deactivation of codes on a large scale, giving them greater control over their distribution and preventing unwanted use within active campaigns.

  • A new type of commission: “Fixed Fees”

Affilae introduces a new commission type, “Fixed Fees,” complementing the existing Conversion and Bonus models.
This commission type allows for the recording of fixed amounts while clearly distinguishing them from sales. Fixed fees are excluded from conversion counting in reporting to ensure a more accurate picture of sales performance.
They remain, however, included in the overall commission budget, just like bonuses and conversions. The selection is accessible via the Type filter on the Conversions page, where three categories are now available: Conversion, Bonus, and Fixed Fees.

  • Create your quotes directly from an invoice

Advertisers can now generate a quote from an existing invoice .
This development simplifies accounting management by eliminating the need to re-enter information and allows for the direct reuse of existing data to accelerate the creation of new documents.

  • A clearer identification of your publishers’ status

To simplify partner management, Affilae now displays an “Individual” badge directly on the My Affiliates page.
This badge is automatically assigned to French or Belgian publishers who do not have a SIRET/SIREN number or are registered as a sole trader. This allows you to quickly identify profiles that cannot be invoiced, in accordance with current regulations, and manage your campaigns with greater peace of mind.

  • A higher quality publisher base, automatically

To ensure an ever-improving publisher ecosystem, Affilae now automates the cleanup of inactive accounts.
Accounts that have not recorded any logins or conversions for six consecutive months are automatically removed from the platform. Before any deletion, the publishers concerned receive two reminder notifications (30 days and then 15 days prior) giving them the opportunity to reactivate their account.

  • Fully customizable UTM parameters

Advertisers can now customize their UTM fields using dynamic parameters directly within Affilae.
This development offers greater flexibility in constructing tracking URLs and allows UTM parameters to be automatically adapted to the needs of each campaign, for more precise tracking that is seamlessly integrated with your analytics tools.

Publishers

  • More relevant reporting right from the start

To facilitate performance analysis, publishers now see, by default, only advertisers with whom they have a validated partnership in the Reporting section.
This new view provides immediate access to active programs and truly useful data, without the need to manually apply filters.

  • Validate your affiliates in bulk, with a single click.

The “My Affiliates” tab now allows you to select multiple profiles simultaneously to accept, reject, or block them in a single action .
This improvement builds upon existing features while eliminating the need for line-by-line processing, resulting in faster and more efficient management of your affiliate requests.

 Mobile application

  • Shoppable multi-product post

Brand Search has been updated to allow for the continuous selection of multiple products, without redirecting you to the creation screen each time you add one.
Selected products are now grouped in a dedicated list, which you can access at any time to finalize your multi-product shoppable posts more smoothly, without having to navigate back and forth within the interface.

To simplify daily monitoring, notifications are now grouped by day and by program . This new organization allows for faster access to key alerts for each program in a centralized view, and for smoother information processing without wasting time in the notification stream.

  • A smoother and more intuitive product flow management system

The Product Feeds interface has been simplified to make configuring your catalogs easier to read and quicker to learn.
Navigation paths have been streamlined and text clarified to facilitate understanding of the different steps. In case of an issue, more explicit error messages allow you to immediately identify the source of the problem and correct it without contacting technical support.

  • Clearer and better-aligned reporting indicators

To eliminate any ambiguity between set budgets and actual performance, the reporting indicators have been clarified and harmonized.
CPC is now Calculated CPC , and CPV is renamed CPA , to provide a more consistent and immediately understandable view of your costs and performance.

The mandatory transmission of your tax data for the year 2025 has been successfully completed with the State services.
