The mission was to reinvent the relationship between the brand and its fans through four key objectives:

The media mix: From fans to micro-creators

The program was rolled out in strategic phases to ensure a high-quality community:

  • Phase 1: Exclusive access for active members of the Kiabi Community.
  • Phase 2: Opening the program to wider content creators and fans of the brand.
  • Profiles: Primarily nano- and micro-influencers (3K to 30K followers) active on Instagram and TikTok.

 

The Strategy: A seamless “Linker” journey

The success of influencer marketing and affiliation at Kiabi relies on a structured, high-touch onboarding process:

  1. Organic discovery: Encouraging “Linkers” to share their latest fashion finds via photos or videos. For every online order generated through their personal link, they receive a commission.
  2. Targeted recruitment: Identifying highly engaged customers via VIP emails, social media, and community-specific communications.
  3. Step-by-step onboarding: Providing a dedicated welcome deck, hosting webinars, and offering close support until the first links are successfully created.
  4. Performance tracking: Real-time monitoring of sales generated by each Linker, followed by validation and payment (cash or vouchers).
