Angarde, a young footwear brand, aims to bring common sense back into our consumption habits. Together with its community, the brand reimagines timeless footwear classics to make them more durable, more comfortable, and, above all, more eco-friendly. Every model is handcrafted in Spain or Portugal using recycled materials. The style is minimalist, the chic is casual. At the end of their lifecycle, all Angarde shoes can be returned for free to be fully recycled.

The challenge: objectives and constraints

The main focus was to create a brand-new performance acquisition channel driven by creators:

  • Streamlining recruitment: facilitating partner onboarding to easily scale the network of influencers and affiliates.

  • Tiered commission structures: negotiating performance-based agreements focused on commission payouts, featuring tiered rate increases tied directly to sales volumes.
