Our affiliate marketing strategy has evolved significantly since 2022. We no longer work solely with a network of top affiliates or comparison sites but also with niche sites capable of generating a steady volume of qualified leads over time. This network is hosted via Affilae, and we collaborate with our account manager to address our strategic challenges. This includes increasing our active customer base and regularly updating our content (new features, competitive advantages, and more recently, the rollout of our new brand identity). Additionally, we are constantly seeking innovative solutions to test new affiliates and explore other growth drivers while controlling our acquisition costs.

In just under a year, we have successfully restructured the Shine affiliate program with a new approach and publisher strategy. The first step was to revise the publisher commission rules, adapting them to Shine’s new features. This allowed us to increase the program’s average EPC within a few months and maintain a strong relationship with our top publishers. Simultaneously, through ongoing actions, we continue to expand our network of publishers by positioning Shine with new market players! By working hand in hand with the Shine teams and establishing a tripartite relationship between the advertiser, publisher, and Affilae, we are building a long-term collaboration based on trust with our partners!
