Could you introduce yourself and explain your core responsibilities?

I am the traffic manager at IDKids group. My role is to deploy a high-performing affiliate media mix strategy that aligns with the business goals of our textile brands. I manage paid acquisition channels in close collaboration with our SEO, CRM, and data teams. My ultimate “holy grail” is driving brand discovery and acquiring new customers.

 

What were the primary motivations for Okaïdi Obaïbi to launch an affiliate program?

We wanted to expand our “low funnel” presence by featuring our products on the platforms where parents are already browsing for children’s clothing. The affiliate program allows us to broadcast our competitive pricing to a wider audience while diversifying our digital touchpoints beyond traditional CRM channels.

 

IDKids had previously paused this lever. Why did you decide to relaunch the program now?

We had put the program on standby to focus on other internal priorities. Relaunching it now is part of a broader push to diversify our affiliate media mix strategy.
