Kiabi LINK turns its most loyal customers into true brand ambassadors.

This innovative solution enables nano- and micro-influencers to promote Kiabi (French clothes brand) through a performance-based model, rewarding their engagement and loyalty.

The Kiabi Community reimagines fashion as an interactive, participatory experience where everyone can get involved: sharing style tips, testing new products, co-creating collections, and inspiring others with their favorite looks.

Within this collaborative spirit, the “Kiabi LINK” program was launched, a genuine platform for nano and micro-influencers, known as the Linkers, to share Kiabi products with their communities and embody the brand every day.

  • Boost customer engagement on social media by rewarding story posts featuring Kiabi products and links to the official website.
  • Drive online sales through an innovative, accessible partnership program for nano and micro content creators.
  • Turn Kiabi’s most loyal customers into active brand ambassadors — a genuine, community-driven sales force.

    Each time someone in their community makes an online purchase using their personal link, the Linker earns a commission on that sale!
  • Identify and recruit the most engaged customers to promote the program via social media, VIP emails, and Kiabi Community communications.
  • Guide participants through structured onboarding: a presentation deck, webinars, reminders, and 1:1 support until their first tracked link is live.
  • Highlight Linkers on social media channels, with tracked links to monitor performance.
  • Track generated sales, validate results, and reward ambassadors through commission payments or shopping vouchers.
